Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

If you provided an email address at the time of purchase, a tracking number would be emailed to you once your order has been processed.

Please allow 3-5 business days for your payment and order to be processed. Payments are processed Monday through Thursday. If you place your order on Friday, processing will start the next business day, Monday. Once your payment has been processed, your package should arrive in 7-18 business days if you're located within the United States.

Processing times may vary when ordering during a sale due to high volume.

If you're located outside the U.S., your package should arrive within 7-14 business days after payment processing.

Please be aware we are not responsible for any Customs Fees or Import Tax that your country may bill you.
