Booking Eligibility​

  • Not pregnant or breastfeeding

  • If experiencing leaking or drainage on the scalp please see a dermatologist first or wait until your wound heals

  • Cancer-free (bring a doctor's note if you have previously been diagnosed with cancer)

 Cancelation Policy

​

  • If you have to cancel your appointment please cancel at least 24hrs before your scheduled appointment. failure to do so will result in payment rendered from the card on file. 

  • If you are 15 min late to your appointment it will result in a cancelation of your appointment and payment will still be charged to the card on file.

  • If you are a no-call no-show payment will still be rendered from the card on file.

Refund Policy

​

  • Due to the nature of our business, all sales are final.

  • Refunds & Exchanges are only applicable in the rare event we mistakenly send the wrong items. If this is the case, please send us an email at Support@arukahhairloss.com.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

  • If shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Day Of Your Appointment

​

  • Please arrive 15min early for your appointment to fill out intake forms. This is for first-time clients only.

Shipping Policy

​

  • We are not responsible for late shipments due to holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays.

  • If you provided an email address at the time of purchase, a tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been processed.

  • Please understand all orders are pre-ordered. All orders will be shipped to Arukah Hair Loss Center LLC from a third party before it is shipped to you. You can also choose to pick up your order once it arrives at the center for a faster turnaround time.

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your payment and order to be processed. Payments are processed Monday through Thursday. If you place your order on Friday, processing will start the next business day, Monday. Once your payment has been processed, your package should arrive in 7- 18 business days if you're located within the United States.

  • Processing times may vary when ordering during a sale due to high volume.

  • Please note that during January and February shipments may be delayed due to the high volume of holiday package deliveries (i.e. New Year, Valentine's Day). Rest assured that your order will ship out as soon as possible. Thank you for your patience!
